A portable shot blasting machine is a machine that can be movable from one place to another easily. Portable Shot blasting is the process of high velocity moving a stream of shot blasting.  against a surface under very high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface and remove the loose particles from the metal surface. It is having a moderate cleaning rate. This machine has two models, One is On / Off by Remote Control & Deadman Handle and the other is on / off manually. 3. Portable Shot Blaster (P7 1000 & 1000R)

In this large shot blaster, Airo P7 1000 & 1000R machine cleaning rate is high as compared to other blasting machines. Its shot blasting pot capacity is also high. As corresponded with others we require to fill 4-5 times less the blasting pot. There are wide wheels in this which help in a smooth movement. There is a vibrating sieve situated at the top of the blast vessel from where we would fill the sand. In this there is no remote controller, therefore, the operator needs to control the machine manually by ON/OFF the knob. Even there is big blasting holes diameter.
