What is a Sandblasting Machine?

Sandblasting machine is also called as abrasive blasting. Which is a generic term for the process of smoothing cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high-speed pressure. The effect is similar to that of using sandpaper but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners It is for the removal of rust which is causing property damage. Sandblasting can occur naturally, usually as a result of particles blown by the wind causing an erosion, or artificially, using compressed air. Sandblasting machine equipment typically consists of a chamber in which air and sand are mixed. The mixture travels through a portable nozzle to direct the particles toward the surface or workpiece. The nozzle comes in a variety of shapes, sizes, and materials. Boron carbide is a popular material for nozzle because it resists abrasive wear well.
